We offer a variety of classes for any fitness level! Regardless of if this is the first step in your fitness journey or you’re an avid fitness enthusiast, all classes can be modified in frequency and intensity, so there is something for everyone.


Total Body Core
Core is a strength training class that focuses on developing proper form, technique, functional strength, and mind muscle connection. Build lean muscle and confidence simultaneously! This simple but tough training program is for anyone who is ready to work both hard and smart!

Total Body Tone
Tone is an aerobic circuit style class that focuses on getting the heart rate up and getting into the fat burning zone. A fun, effective workout that combines easy to follow cardio moves with targeted body shaping exercises sure to give your body an all over workout.

Total Body Mobility
Mobility is a deep dive into working on building strength and stability in our stabilizer muscle groups. We also work on increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Cardio Drumming
Our original class and still hands down our most popular offering, Cardio Drumming, is a high energy, insanely fun aerobic workout. With elements of calisthenics woven into fun drum routines to upbeat music, this class will leave you sweaty and sore yet you will have a blast doing it. Great for any fitness level!

High Fitness
A hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. Get Addicted to Being Fit.
