We offer a variety of classes for any fitness level! Regardless of if this is the first step in your fitness journey or you’re an avid fitness enthusiast, all classes can be modified in frequency and intensity, so there is something for everyone.

Total Body Core
Core is a strength training class that focuses on developing proper form, technique, functional strength, and mind muscle connection. Build lean muscle and confidence simultaneously! This simple but tough training program is for anyone who is ready to work both hard and smart!

Cardio Drumming
Our original class and still hands down our most popular offering, Cardio Drumming, is a high energy, insanely fun aerobic workout. With elements of calisthenics woven into fun drum routines to upbeat music, this class will leave you sweaty and sore yet you will have a blast doing it. Great for any fitness level!

High Fitness
A hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. Get Addicted to Being Fit.

Hip Hop Body Jam
Jill designed Hip Hop Body Jam to celebrate joy, empowerment, and individuality! Hip Hop Body Jam on the surface is a high energy, high impact workout to hip hop music from the 90’s to today.  It incorporates cardio and strength training with different options for varying capabilities and missions, so don’t be intimidated by the ‘high energy, high impact’ description, but also know it’s a fantastic and fun full body workout! Let’s dance together, with encouragement to embrace yourself as you are, and get a little sweat session on!
