Total Body Tone

Tone is an aerobic circuit style class that focuses on getting the heart rate up and getting into the fat burning zone. A fun, effective workout that combines easy to follow cardio moves with targeted body shaping exercises sure to give your body an all over workout.

Total Body Strong

Strong is a strength training class that focuses on building confidence in proper form, technique and mind muscle connection. Build lean muscle and confidence simultaneously! This simple but tough training program is for anyone who is ready to work both hard and smart!

Cardio Drum

Our original class and still hands down our most popular offering, Cardio Drumming, is a high energy, insanely fun aerobic workout. With elements of calisthenics woven into fun routines to upbeat music, this class will leave you sweaty and sore yet you will have a blast doing it. Great for any fitness level!

Cardio Dance

A great blend of low intensity and high intensity moves that is exercise in disguise. This total body workout is great for all fitness levels (and coordination levels too!). A fun blend of cardio, conditioning, balance, and flexibility all bundled into one! You’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, and you’ll feel great!
